Am I in danger of hacking Or Being Threatened With The Possibilty?

Hello,

 

 

I started off my day just trying to fix a problem I was having with my Magic Jack. When I go into Hibernate and resume Windows my MJ will not function and I still have to start it up after Shut Down and Restart.

 

 

A MJ tech went remote to 'help' me. He then proceeded to show me what he perceived to be signs of hacking. I made screen shots of log reports and a command prompt window supposedly of an IP address of a potential hacker.

 

 

He then told me that he could put me in touch with one of a couple of " MS Certified level 6 technicians" who, for a steep price, could clean my internet IP system. I never heard of Microsoft Level 6 Techs. Did you?

 

 

I am attaching the notes he gave me while giving me the good old hard sell and not wanting me to wait or it would cost more. Although I am not absolutely convinced I am not in any danger at this point I am still a bit nervous about sensitive info on my machine.
