received a phone call form a Microsoft person

I received a phone call form a Microsoft person, I assume from India, they said my computer had errors, which it most likely does, and I again assume

 

they were going to help me get rid of the errors. I say I assume this because I could not understand them. I also can not understand how one of the

 

richest companies in the world can not hire Americans to do their phone work so that we Americans can understand them. I am not certain at this point

 

that I will buy anything from Microsoft, if they don't give a damn about me by putting people on the phone that can not be understood, why should I give

 

a damn about Microsoft?
