Windows 8 has bad sound after first boot up.

I have downgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 8 because Microsoft can't fix their crappy product and solve the dumb limited connection issue. Now whenever I boot up my computer for the first time, the sound quality is terrible, and when I reboot again, the sound is back to normal. This happens EVERYTIME. I have to boot up my computer twice to get it to function right. Whenever I check my sound in the sound settings and I play test the sound, it sounds normal but all the other sounds coming from other applications are bad quality. All my sound drivers are up to date as well. Any fix?
