in opening application get error say "out of memory"

I have win7 x64 ultimate 1 sp1, 8gb ram, but still out of memory ?

 

 

after installing digital goldsmith v4.0( for 95, 98, NT) successfully, but when I open it say "out of memory"

 

 

please help me this problem ,, I don't understand with this thanks
