How to turn off the auto rotate for photos in windows 8?

I saw multiple threads and no answer. The problem with me seeing the file auto rotated in windows 8 photo viewer or photor is that the actual file is not rotated and when I upload it online it is not rotated. Please I want to view it like windows 7 and rotate it myself so it saves.
