Can't login child's account after change curfew time and even delete the device

Hi,

 

 

I set up curfew time for my child account. It was working before. This morning I tried to change the time, but it won't allow my child to login.

 

 

It still doesn't work after I reset the machine, remove the device from Family Safety, and even change the password.
