My DELL Laptop (which just upgraded itself to Windows 8.1) will Not let me.............

UPGRADE my Windows Protector, I now have McAfee back....which sucks, and a lot of things are different and/or missing and/or gone.

 

 

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN EVERYTIME IT UPGRADES TO 8.1? AND NOW EXPLORER DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY, OR MY GOOGLE! IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A HUMAN CONTACT ME??????????? SICK AND TIRED OF ROBOTS AND PEOPLE "YELLING" AT ME ON FORUMS AND DISCUSSIONS.

 

 

Sorry for the big bold caps, but you have no idea how frustrating this is.......because VERIZON performed AUTOMATIC UPGRADES to my Cell as well and that's screwed up too! So BOTH my laptop and cell are messed up and cannot reach a HUMAN! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
