AppData\Local\Kwtion\RWBase.dll - Microsoft Security driving me nuts

1. Does anyone out there know how to stop Security Essentials from popping up and asking me to send a copy of

 

c:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Kwtion\RWBase.dll to them? Even when I click yes, the message comes up several times during each windows session.

 

 

2. Does anyone know what KWtion is for? If I just deleted this thing, what would happen? When I run a scan, it finds nothing.
