I have received a telephone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft saying that my computer may have been compromised and may be bejng used illegally and that he was closing my Microsoft account. on asking how this could he he asked me to turn on my computer and he could rectify the problem.

 

 

is this for real or was I being scammed I did not turn on the computer your urgent reply would be appreciated.
