Original Title: Failure configuring Windows features, Reverting changes - LOOP

So I have an asus laptop thats about almost a year old now and I decided to reinstall windows due to some graphics card driver issues. I tried to update windows and now I am stuck on this screen. I cant even log in. I cant even stop the update. I cant log on or do anything at all. I have tried starting in safe mode but it never starts up in safe mode. I have tried powering off the computer the hard way and it still doesnt do anything. It just goes to this screen and stays there. I am running windows 8 (not 8.1) and would really appreciate any form of help.
