Windows 7 Blue Screen

Hi there,

 

 

I was on an online chat room with a few of my friends and one of them said they had something to send me. I said okay and then suddenly I received a blue screen and my PC automatically restarted. Is it possible for someone to send me a blue screen? Is that a virus or malware?

 

I've also been experiencing a slow computer and a few nights ago, i received two errors at shut down, which I did a thread about, but no reply.
