How do I uninstall malware programs from the Program Files (x86) folder?

Hi there. I hope someone can help me. My web browsing experiences are a nightmare at the moment!

I have got a bunch of malware programs located in the Program Files (x86) folder but there is no option to uninstall them via the "Uninstall or change a program" tool. I have tried using Revo Uninstaller too but no luck. I am running Windows 8.1 Version 6.3 (Build 9600). I downloaded Avast Antivirus earlier today which located 103 threats. Later on, I downloaded Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool and there were no further threats found.

An example of one of the programs that I need to uninstall is Plus-HD-9.5v.

Please, can someone help?
