New Windows 7 64 bit installed no internet

So i just done a clean install of windows 7 64 bit on my 32 bit via a bootable USB flash drive because it wouldn't let me install on the desktop. The installation worked without any errors but the max screen resolution is 1280 x 800 instead of my original size 1920 x 1200 and for some reason i had no internet even tho the plug is connected.
