Server crashing, possible driver issue

Greetings,

My server has been crashing on a nightly basis the last few nights. It doesn't come back up automatically either, my host has to manually restart it. I did an update to CentOS last week, but no new software was installed (I just did a yum update). I had no issues before I did the update. In the logs the following appears during the crash,

WARNING: at net/sched/sch_generic.c:261 dev_watchdog+0x26b/0x280() (Tainted: P --------------- )

I did some Googleing and it appears to be a network driver related issue, but I had trouble finding a fix.

The server is a Supermicro SuperServer 5017C-MTF

Has anyone here seen anything like this?

I really appreciate your help!

Thank you!

Murphyslaw
