Windows 8.1 screen turns solid color after sometime

Hello, I am using your windows 7 for last 3 years with good services. But when i use windows 8/8.1 , After running sometime my screen turns solid color and unresponsive and then even shut down/restart button do not work, I have to power off the line.

 

I have tried updating all the driver and bios,but nothing happens. Same problem in windows 8 and 8.1 also.

 

I have searched the web and did not find any solution.

So, Please give a solution, I like windows 8.1 most but can not use it :(
