Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I can't enter in my samsung notebook. I'm offline and the password to enter seems to be wrong

What do I have to do to enter in my samsung notebook when I'm said in the screen I am offline and to enter the last password used in my computer, each time I enter the Microsoft account password I'm sure is correct!? Is there a solution? As far as I remember the computer came with Windows8.
