Blue screen of death error- Dell XPS 15

For the last couple of months I have been having continuous problems with the blue screen of death. which has affected my whole laptop with other issues. The information on the BSOD is as follows:

And the issues that this has caused are:

 

 

- Harddrive is corrupt in 3 places leaving those parts as unusable

 

-Shuts down randomly on different applications with showing the blue screen

 

- Extremely laggy and slow/ wait about 5 mins after login for screen to show up

 

- Virus protection and firewall constantly comes up saying turn on

 

- Windows updates keep turning off

 

- Dosent come back from sleep mode/ requires restart

 

- cannot run almost any programs as after a while stops responding.

 

 

I would love to get some help with this as I am a full time student and need to complete assessments.
