I'm suddenly having issues with videos playing too fast. I have done all my recent updates, checked for viruses, checked for new drivers, etc. In both IE 11 and Firefox 29 the videos over the Internet are playing too fast--rapid speed. A DVD also will not play correctly. I've done a complete uninstall of Flash and clean reinstall, without fixing the problems.

Also, before this problem began, I have lost the ability to double click with my mouse. I've checked the mouse on other computers and on other usb ports on my computer, but it still does not work. I'm a bit stumped after trying several fixes, troubleshooting procedures, etc. A few other folks have posted a similar issue from long ago, but the respondes don't apply or don't work for my machine.

I'm running Win 7 64 bit. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I've tried several media sites--my brokerage video, hulu, Youtube, each with the same fast speed result. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
