I need to re-download my Windows 8 Pro so that I can restore to factory and upgrade back to 8.1.1.1. Have tried multiple times since Sunday and I get as far as inputting my Product key having it accepted and when I click next I get "Can not connection now. Please check your internet connection". Help?
