Backstory: So, I made the silly error of over-filling my Surface with videos because I was travelling. This left the internal storage almost full, and as temp files filled up the drive actually got completely full and showed 0B free in Computer. I believe this is when the problem started happening. I have since freed up several GB of space, and the problem hasn't fixed itself.

Problem: 24 Metro apps uninstalled from my computer, without reason, warning, or explanation. Some of these are apps that are built in and come with the tablet, and others are ones I've downloaded. If I go into the Store and go to Account, they show up under My Apps (Apps not installed on this PC) see screenshot

So if I click one of those apps to install, it starts to go, it seems to go .... it says it goes ........

But then, as soon as I go back to the "Apps not installed" page, it's still there, and if I check my Start menu and all apps, it's not installed.

Aside from doing a system refresh, does anyone have any ideas??? Doing a refresh wouldn't be the end of the world, as I can just backup my minimal data to OneDrive... but I'd rather not have to.
