Windows 7 Installing problem

Dear Reader,

 

i think can you help me out of this problem. iwant my old computer i.e. windows xp with amd processor 1gb ram & sometimes my has a problem of turning to sleep mode(frequently) automatically after i had cut power supply than again plug it so it run. So, the problem is that when i was installing windows 7 ultimate the computer turn to sleep mode when plug out & plug it again it normally shows windows 7 logo but when the setup starts services it shows that it is has been experienced unexpecting restart so please restart by clicking ok then the restarts again but it will show again and again restarts not turning system on can you pls help me that can i do anything in boot recently i have tried somany ways but i found that this all need system repair disk which idoesn't have in.my friend said that it can be done by harddisk format everything which turns the computer without operating system but how can i do that when computer itself is not starting and when i boot from cd it shows failure insert system repair disk so how can i format everything through Bios And perform a clean windows 7 installation.
