cannot get rid of a malware

i found a malware called Adware:win32/unfriendchecker using microsoft safety scanner but its only partially removed and keeps reappearing.

 

i also tried with kaspersky virus removal tool but it didn't detect it. I would like to know the risks of this malware and how to remove it
