So...I download a 'screencorder' from softonic.com...not my best idea. First, it gave me trovi&Linkey. I uninstalled Linkey, and went to the registry, manually changed my start page to google, and reset my browsers, which work fine now. Something I didn't notice before, I have a pcreg folder (in Program files) containin msvcr100.dll, nowdown.txt, pcreg.exe, and service.exe file. I don't know if I should manually delete the pcreg folder from the registry, or just delete the folder in the local disk.

The second issue I currently have is there is a Conduit folder in the registry, which I am concerned about...Just delete, or keep it?

None of these are actually making a difference on my computer's performance, but I have a feeling they might eventually...

Edit: I don't WANT to install anything else, because I dealt win enough junk in terms of downloading this week (but I will if I ABSOLUTELY HAVE to), and my main question is if I can just delete this junk directly from Program Files or the registry.
