Posted May 21, 201410 yr Playing some older games at the moment In Halo Combat Evolved after first getting the warthog you go through a tunnel system and come to a bridge, as I drive down the ramp the screen turns purple with the hud overlayed and I have no control, then the game resets to a savepoint just immediately before you turn onto the ramp down to the bridge. XP SP3 32bit, Dual core E6400 3GB ram Geforce 9500gt with latest drivers and a good copy of directx 9.0c Everything before this is fine original version 1.0 patched to 1.09 manually then automatically to 1.1.
