IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error in a WIn 8 pre-installed laptop Acer aspire v5 131

Im getting this BSOD error again and again. A search here in forum only returns for new installation of win 8. Mine is pre-installed with win 8. Here is the crash log:
