My Microsoft Account is hacked

Hi,

 

I made a new live account just to send microsoft a support ticket. It has been almost 24 hours but there is no reply yet. Please do this favour and help me get my account back. Its really important as I have all my legal info , personal etc in there. I sent the below email,

 

 

"Hi,

 

Since yesterday night, I have problem signing in through my samsung galaxy to my hotmail account which has been with me for a long time. In the morning upon signing in I saw the message that someone tried to use your account and to reset it, you have to enter last four numbers of your phone. That number was old when I used to live in United Arab Emirates. I have the sim so when I put the last four digits and tried using the sim, I got the message that the sim is deactivated. Next, I filled the questionnaire but due to the account being too old I couldn't remember things correctly, still carried on. Now am waiting someone from microsoft to respond but as I am not sure the info I put in was correct I can assume the response.

 

I have also relocated to UK since then so there is a lot of legal information on this account. Please help me to recover it at your soonest. I don't know what else to do".

 

 

PS: Just some more information. My alternative gmail account which was linked with the hacked hotmail account was also hacked in the evening which I retrieved back. I don't know what is going on!!! I saw there were so many delivery failure emails in the gmail inbox. I can give any information if required. Please do it asap. My support ticket ID is SRX1247208621ID.
