How do I get the Window Drive Kit (WDK)(Devcon.exe) to work for x64-bit system

I was trying to connect to mt broadband connection; however I kept getting Error 797. I looked up online that the approach is to delete my old MS_Pppoe Miniport and reinstall it via WDK.

I Downloaded it to a Window Drive Kit DVD and installed it, however when I try to put in the command in the command prompt "devcon.exe install c:\Windows\inf\netrasa.inf MS_PppoeMiniport" it gives me an error. Upon further research I discover it is because Window Drive Kit does not work for x64-bit system.

The Question: Is there any way I can find a (devcon.exe) windows Drive Kit that is compatible for x64bit system or can I adjust my (devcon.exe) WDK to work for my x64-but system?? The goal is simply to reinstall a PppoeMiniport.

The resources I used already, I followed these to every detail, and still cannot get a new port. Assistance ?
