Logging In to Free PC Help Forum Has Changed

I can receive and open all my emails in the normal fashion I can also move may emails or retrieve stored e-mails from my vatious folders. BUT I cannot send a new e-mail or forward an e mail. The system appears to crash and then I have to sign back in by clicking on the butterfly.

When I logoff then log back in on internet explorer then click on outlook express I am able to send e-mails. But this is very inconvenient

and cumbersom. I want to restore my ability to send e-mails from my "MY MSN" home page. Please advise.
