CANNOT READ EMAILS OR ACCESS ANYTHING ON OUTLOOK

I am able to log in but that is all. i cannot access anything else. Cannot read messages junk or otherwise can only see when messages come in but cannot read or open them. and in the left bottom hand corner it says messaging loading.......but nothing ever loads.

Please help thank you in advance.
