Rocketfish Micro USB Bluetooth 2.1 Adapter Driver Not Installing, Ripped out of USB port...

I think I ripped out my Rocketfish Micro Bluetooth 2.1 EDR Adapter out of my Samsung Laptop running Windows 7s USB port before it could automatically install on my computer. It works just fine on my moms computer when left alone for a while, so I don't think the problem is with the Dongle itself. Also, my computer makes the "Device Detected" Da-Dunk sound when the Adapter is plugged in, and the light on the Adapter turns on when it is plugged in, and I have tried it to no avail on all my USB Ports. As you can see the device is not showing up on the Devices and Printers screen:

And it is also not showing up in the Device Manager (The three USB Input Devices are two virtual ones for my MotionInJoy setup, and a third one that has up to date drivers and is owned by Microsoft, so I don't think it's the one), (also the nonfunctional adapter is from Rocketfish, not Intel)

Also, the driver disk and software that came with the Adapter cannot detect it.

Thanks in advance
