unable to share internet access between user accounts in same computer

hi,

i have bsnl broadband connection through beetel modem 110tc1 adsl2+router connected through administrator account. the same computer also has other user accounts of my son but he is not able to connect as the computer does not show this connection. bsnl engineers are of no use in solving the problem-please help. the accounts were created as it helps in protecting the computer but the purpose is defeated if internet is accessed from admin account.
