Most of my games and apps are not opening.

Hi there,

 

 

i have been having this problem with certain games now for some time and was wondering how to fix it.

 

It appears to only happen with games from 'Gamesloft' such as 'Despicable Me: Minion Rush' and 'Asphalt 8: airborne'. Whenever i try to open the app to try and play these games it automatically opens my desktop and won't open the game, I've tried restarting my laptop and reinstalling these 2 games but it hasn't helped.

 

Can someone please help, i don't know whats going on and it only appears to be happening with these 2 games, which happen to be my favorites.
