Malware computer will not shut down

I am having trouble removing Malware from my desktop, had it in to be fixed at computer repairer once from this and now its started again was told at the time that it was Malware . Also micro essentials is not updating on restart. Computer is slow to load pages on net and once I hit shutdown it restarts by its self any help removing this little gremlin would be very much appreciated.
