Posted May 17, 201410 yr I can't download Windows 8 Pro using the Windows 8 upgrade software located at the Microsoft site. In spite of my product key being accepted, I always ended up with this message. I tried clean boot, disabling the firewall and disabling the antivirus. I can't use a direct cable for my internet because my LAN seems to be broken, thus, I connect to the internet using wifi. I tried chatting with a a help service at Microsoft but she suggested nothing new. Hope someone can help me. Continue reading...
