Error 32 (0x00000020) Time-Stamping Destination File

I get following error message, when backup is performed by Robocopy everything from D: drive to E: drive

Error 32 (0x00000020) Time-Stamping Destination File D:\.......

File cannot be accessed during the process, because this file is being used by other process.

Waiting 1 seconds ... Retrying ...

OK

I only perform backup at this moment, and do nothing else .

I would like to know on what other process is about and what it is doing, would it be any hidden virus?

Does anyone have any suggestions?
