There is a listing for a download title of Vitamin D.exe and when it was downloaded, I was unaware that it was attacking/hacking/destroying/compromising my software programs in WIN8. Since that time, 6 May 2014, I have not been able to download updates for several programs, one such program is Adobe or the Microsoft Office. The Vitamin D.exe file is not listed in the programs to be uninstalled. Is this a harmful exe or can it just be deleted without having to uninstall it?

I also cannot install/turn on/use/update WINDOWS DEFENDER. There are many more issues, but I can only remember them as I run across them. What is the problem and how do I fix these problems?
