Last night, my computer was working just fine. I have an acer laptop with windows 8. Then, this morning, I was attempting to watch a youtube video, when the page sent me to this weird "google syndicate" thing, saying that there was an error. It asked if I wanted to fix the problem (I know this wasn't a hacker or something, it was my computer asking), so I clicked "fix the problem", it thought for a little bit, and then it said there was no problem. So I tried to load the video again and it did and said the exact same thing. Then, I tried to get on to facebook and it didn't work either. Then I went to my system settings and did all of those troubleshoot things, but there was not one problem on my computer. I did attempt to download adobe flash player because it needed to be updated, could I have messed up and gone to the wrong site, it looked like the real thing...

If so, what can I do? Sorry there's not much to go on, I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Thanks.
