I have C:\Uses\PC\AppData\Local\TBHostSupport\TBHostSupport.dll

I have read the post about a background container. Tried several but I do not have anything called background container

I would also like to know if I go back to factory settings from when I originally purchased the computer. I purchased from future shop I don't think they installed any other programs but if so will I lose all including windows. I have heard that when they prepare a laptop they install windows. My operating system is windows 7 home edition
