is my disk a 1 user or a 3 user

I bought a windows 8 disk and I am trying to find out if it is a 1 user or a 3 user.

I thought I was buying a 1 user but when I looked on the label that is on the box

that on the bottom right corner of the label it says " SKU-3UR-***** " , * are in place of numbers.

Does the 3UR mean this is a 3 user disk.

If this is a 3 user disk is there a way to find out how many times this disk has been used.
