Posted May 16, 201410 yr I just purchased a floor model HP ENVY model 14-k027cl laptop running Windows 8 from Sam's Club. There was nothing with the computer-even the power supply was missing. When I powered it up, it started on the activation screen, waiting for a connection to the internet. I was able to get to the desktop and connect to my router, and it no longer asks me to activate. However, there is a user "zz" on the computer, and the computer name is "sams" I thought that it might be a good idea to just start all over again, since I have not installed anything on it, but I have the following questions: Do I need some sort of activation key to reactivate it after starting from scratch?
