Posted May 16, 201410 yr I have successfully download a patch to my Hallmark Deluxe Version 2010 Greeting Card software. When I try to install the patch, it is interrupted with the message, ERROR 2103: COULRD NOT RESOLVE PATH FOR SHELL FOLDER 24 and cancels the installation of the update. Does anyone know what that message means and if there is a way around or to resolve it? Continue reading...
