Internet Explorer shut down

there are times when I get internet coupons from national companies and when I try to print them Windows shuts down Internet Explorer.

 

today it even shut down Internet Explorer when I tried to print an email from my email box.

 

this has been happening on a regular basis recently.

 

I hope there is someone out there who has experienced the same problem.

 

I tried to go to the Windows and Internet Explorer websites with no luck finding out the problem. When I ran the troubleshooting for the system and even the printer troubleshooting and nothing was found to be wrong,
