Guest LesleyDeskins Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 I did that and it removed a crucial part of my C drive. Now my computer will not start up properly. I have checked with 2 different computer repair people and have been told I will have to completely replace my C drive. To replace my C drive is going to cost me between $150 and $200, which I do not have. The only computer I have is my laptop. My husband and I are considering selling our wedding rings to replace the C drive. I attend school online and I cannot tolerate the constant problems this is causing me. All because I tried to update my Adobe Flash player. Sad thing is, it wasn't really the Adobe site. Looked just like it, but it replaced my MSN homepage with something called "SnapDo" and I cannot get rid of it. In addition, I can no longer play any videos on my computer because it keeps telling me I need to install Adobe Flash Player, the thing is, IT IS INSTALLED!!! I wish I could find out who is responsible for this and sue them for the cost of repairing my computer. Why do people get off on causing grief to complete strangers, especially ones who are probably a lot worse off financially than they are? <Split> Continue reading... Quote
