Microsoft Security Essentials and possible Virus?

Hi,

 

 

my Microsoft Security Essentials says that my computer is proctected, however, almost every page that I go onto creates a side advertisement and even opens up another page. I have been repeatedly running the Full Scan for the program to detect the issue, but so far no success.

 

 

Please help!
