Windows 8 Changing Product Key

Hi There,

 

 

I've a following scenario :

 

I purchase a Windows 8 key K1. I installed it on my desktop. Then I purchased another key K2 (Windows 8 Pro). I changed the product key on my desktop from K1 to K2.

 

 

Now, the question is - what do I do with my old key K1 ? Since it is no longer installed/activated anywhere, can I (legally) install it on any other machine ?
