Terminal Server session without password prompt

What is a setting in 2003 server to disable prompting for username and

password ?

 

When starting a remote connection directly from client (XP), like this:

mstsc.exe test.rdp, password is not asked, but if command is started remotely

from server like this: psexec.exe \\10.10.10.10.3 -s -u user1 -p user1 -I -d

mstsc.exe test.rdp,

everything works ok, but password is allways prompted.
