I can't access anything on the desktop or retrieve anything using the start button because it's not there. I can access the internet only because there's a box that comes up that says there's are problem with Internet Explorer. I don't know if it's Malware or not. I contacted Microsoft and they couldn't help me due to me having Windows XP but referred me to this site. Please help me...because I can't afford a new computer right now and I really need this one.
