The issue occurs when have either text or a picture occupying your clipboard (ctrl-c or copy on text or picture). If I were to select and drag something afterwords, the program would crash (Outlook, Powerpoint, etc). However if I were to manually clear the clipboard using a script provided by a friend, the problem no longer arises until I were to copy something into the clipboard again. I have tried reinstalling Microsoft Office, Windows 7 (updated to latest version) and updating Video Drivers. I am stumped as to what is causing this.
