Posted May 14, 201410 yr My HP laptop prompts to restart as soon as I connect to internet through USB modem. It shows a blue screen with error 'Bad Pool Caller' and the screen remains as it is. I have to manually shut it down through power button. I am unable surf the internet and upgrade to windows 8.1.
