I can't get stereo mix with my AMD hardware

Hi there, my computer has an AMD graphics card, processor and motherboard. In previous answers to questions like mine, people are always told to download the drivers for the sound cards.

 

 

All my drivers are up to date, and when I go into the sound settings to "show disabled/hidden/disconnected devices", no stereo mix appears.

 

 

Is there a way for me to get stereo mix other than having to buy additional hardware?
